Refund policy

ByAnyMeans accepts eligible returns within 30 days after delivery, subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free from stains, excessive wear, smoke, strong fragrance, pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup, or other signs of use
- Returned with original tags when tags were included
Proof of purchase or the applicable order number may be required.
Starting a Return
Before sending merchandise back, contact us at:
Please include your order number and the item or items you wish to return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Do not send merchandise to an address found elsewhere online or to a previous ByAnyMeans address.
Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
For voluntary returns, including changes of mind, fit, size, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated or required by law.
If ByAnyMeans provides a prepaid return label for a voluntary return, the cost of the label may be deducted from the refund amount. Any applicable deduction will be disclosed during the return process.
If ByAnyMeans shipped the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping when a return is required.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact info@byanymeansshop.com promptly with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.
Final Sale Items
Products clearly marked FINAL SALE before purchase are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange unless required by law or the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Gift cards are non-returnable except where required by law.
A product is not automatically Final Sale merely because it is discounted, promotional, or part of a limited-edition collection.
If an item is Final Sale, it will be identified as such before purchase.
Limited-Edition Drops
ByAnyMeans collections may be produced in limited quantities.
Approval of a return does not guarantee that the same product, size, design, or colorway will remain available.
Returned limited-edition inventory is not reserved for exchanges.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and changing availability, we do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If another size or item is available, the fastest option may be to place a new order and return the original eligible merchandise separately.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We aim to issue approved refunds within 10 business days after approval.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact info@byanymeansshop.com.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a return results from a ByAnyMeans error, defective merchandise, or another circumstance where reimbursement is legally required, eligible shipping charges will be handled accordingly.
International Returns
International customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs on voluntary returns unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other governmental or carrier fees not paid directly to ByAnyMeans may not be refundable by us.
Customers should contact the relevant customs authority or carrier regarding possible reimbursement of those charges.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
Where European Union consumer law applies to an eligible online purchase, customers generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, customers exercising a voluntary withdrawal may be responsible for the direct cost of returning merchandise.
Where required by law, eligible withdrawal refunds will include the amount paid for the merchandise and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery method.
Additional amounts paid for premium or expedited delivery may not be refundable.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, the applicable legal requirement controls.
